Check Mailbox With Scan & Email Option: We check your mailbox during routine inspections and let you know what mail you’ve received. Furthermore, we are happy to scan and send any important documents to you via email.

Pay Monthly Landscaping Invoices: We will receive and pay any landscaping invoices sent by your lawn care provider, and each month your owner’s portal will include a scanned copy of any invoice we have paid on your behalf. You will be able to contribute funds directly to us through your owner’s portal for added convenience.

Pay Monthly Pool Service Invoices: At The Phoenix Area, we receive and pay any pool service invoices sent by your pool care provider, and each month your owner’s portal will include a scanned copy of any invoice we have paid on your behalf. You will be able to contribute funds directly to us through your owner’s portal.

Pay Monthly Utility Bills: We will receive and pay any utility bills including water, gas, electricity, cable, alarm, internet, etc. Each month your owner’s portal will include a scanned copy of any invoice we have paid on your behalf.
