  Rental Criteria

  1. Bankruptcies – must have been discharged for two (2) or more years.
  2. Length of employment – must be six (6) months or longer.
  3. Evictions: No Evictions
  4. Credit History – must have open accounts in good standing; No Collections
  5. Combined household income – verifiable income must equal three (3.3) times the rent
  6. Unemployment benefits cannot be used as income.
  7. The Phoenix Area Real Estate does not allow for a business to be run out of the home.
  8. Conviction and/or felony are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No violent or sex-related felonies.

  Before approval can be granted, we will need the following items from all applicants over the age of 18:

  • The Last two years of tax returns. (1040 must show an income of at least 3.3 times the monthly rent.)
  • A copy of driver’s license (or State ID card) Color front and back.
  • Completed rental application (Online Application - Must be completed with housing signature)
  • Three Months of the most recent pay stubs (All pay stubs must meet 3.3 times the monthly rent.)
  • Most recent two month's full unaltered bank statements. (Please provide PDF, do not screenshot the information.) (Bank PDF Statements)
