  • Property Management Agreement Checklist

    Checklist of items that must be completed before management can begin.

  • W-9

    A tax form which certifies an individual's tax identification number. This form must be present in a brokerage account's files to avoid backup withholding by the IRS.

  • Notification of Arizona Residential Property

    It is required by law to specify the status of your property In compliance with ARS §33-1902(A): an owner of residential property shall maintain with the Assessor in the county where the property is located information required by this section in a manner to be determined by the Assessor. If the property is owned by a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, trust or real estate investment trust, include the name, address and telephone number of the business entity and the statutory agent, if applicable.

  • Deposit Authorization Agreement

    Authorization to deposit rental checks directly into your checking account.

  • Pet Agreement

    Used as part of a standard lease to specify the terms and conditions of having a pet on the property.

  • Crime Addendum

    Used as part of a standard lease to insure the tenant will not engage in criminal activity.

  • Pool Addendum

    Used as part of a standard lease to insure the tenant is aware of the dangers of having a pool.

  • Mold Addendum

    Used as part of a standard lease to insure the tenant is aware of the dangers of Mold.
