Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do require a signed lease agreement and deposit to hold the property. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We do not collect Last month’s rent. We require first month’s rent + Deposits. We do prorate the first month’s rent if moving in prior to the 15th. If lease start date is the 15th or later we do require prorated + next month’s rent and deposits within 48 hours of lease signing. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
We do require you to be of legal age to enter into a contract. 18 years of age. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, all deposits are refundable. -
Do you allow for cosigner?
Unfortunately we do not allow Co-signers, you must qualify on your own. Please contact us if you need more clarification on qualification. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
We utilize an online portal system that allows you to pay rent online, however you are able to drop off a check at our office located at 2450 S. Arizona Ave Chandler AZ 85286 or Mail to our PO BOX 1821 Higley AZ 85236 -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
You will need to log into Petscreening.com to create a pet profile. Once approved we will notify you of any deposits or fees required. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
This would depend on if your lease agreement is up. We do require all tenants to remain on the lease agreement for the duration of the lease. Please contact our office for options. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
Please provide us a 30 day notice on your portal system. Once provided our office will email you instructions and procedures for move out. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
All repairs are covered by the owner unless it is due to neglect or damage by the tenant.
